Deep Clean
Open the controller, remove dirt and functionally check the controls.
Gamers & streamers · Controller
Fix stick drift, upgrade to Hall Effect/TMR sticks and repair bumpers, triggers or buttons – especially on Xbox Elite and other higher-value controllers.
Typical work
Open the controller, remove dirt and functionally check the controls.
Replace faulty stick components and check function or calibration.
Upgrade suitable controllers with contactless stick technology. TMR is preferred where a proven solution is available for the specific model.
Repair mechanical or modular faults in heavily used controls.
Battery, housing or other standardizable components depending on model and assessment.
Included scope
Standardized wear repairs, cleaning, stick repairs and suitable Hall/TMR upgrades.
Case-by-case assessment
Uneconomical low-cost controllers, severe liquid damage or complex board-level faults.
Ablauf
Briefly provide the device, model and fault.
Pack securely and ship after receiving confirmation.
Work, parts and price are clarified where needed.
Additional work is only carried out after consultation.
Typical searches & fault cases
If a stick moves on its own, inputs do not return cleanly, or bumpers, triggers and buttons respond unreliably, a repair can be worthwhile, especially for higher-value controllers. Suitable PS5/DualSense, Xbox and other controllers can also be serviced after a model check.
Stick drift
For classic stick drift, we first check whether the stick unit itself is the cause. Depending on the model, a suitable repair or Hall Effect/TMR upgrade can then be offered.
Send in a controller
Provide the model and fault description in the request, wait for confirmation and then ship the controller securely. Additional work is not carried out without approval.
FAQ
Suitable DualSense and other PS5 controllers can be assessed depending on the model and fault. Whether stick repair, button/trigger work or an upgrade makes sense is determined before or after inspection.
No. Whether an upgrade is technically suitable and worthwhile depends on the specific controller and available solution. If several proven options are available, TMR is offered as the preferred option.
In addition to the affected stick, we check function, centre position, movement range and, where appropriate for the model, calibration and deadzone after the repair.
No. The actual scope depends on the fault, model and desired upgrade. The exact scope is clarified before work begins.
Not always. Replacement may be more economical for very low-cost models; repair or upgrades often make more sense for higher-value controllers.
