Loud fan noise, high temperatures or performance loss can be related to dirty airflow paths or a cooling issue. We first check what maintenance is actually appropriate.

Describe the device and fault in the request. After confirmation, the console or handheld can be securely packaged and sent in. The exact scope is agreed before additional work.

Can I send in a PlayStation, Xbox or handheld for repair?
Yes. Suitable models can be requested for mail-in service. The repairs available depend on the device, fault, parts availability and economic viability.
Is the SSD included in the installation price?
No. The published price covers installation. The SSD itself and any data transfer or setup are considered separately.
Is thermal material automatically replaced during cleaning?
No. First we assess whether thermal maintenance is technically necessary and sensible for the device.
Do you repair HDMI or USB-C ports?
Complex board-level and microsoldering work is not part of the standard service and is assessed only case by case.
Can I send in my handheld too?
Yes. On suitable models, cleaning, fan, battery, sticks, buttons or display can be handled after assessment.
