FAQ

Gaming & streaming equipment questions

Which devices can I request service for?

For example higher-value headsets, microphones, Stream Decks, capture cards, audio interfaces, keyboards and mice. The specific fault is what matters.

Is every device repaired?

No. Especially with low-cost peripherals, repair effort can exceed the device value. This is stated openly in such cases.

Are complex electronics faults included?

Extensive board-level and audio-electronics work is not part of the standard scope and is accepted only after assessment.

Can I check in advance whether repair is worthwhile?

Yes. Standard consulting by email, phone or video can be used for this.

Wichtig: For low-cost peripherals, replacement may make more sense. We say so before unnecessary work is created.
